yea baby !! guess wad ... i think i can be superwoman liao ... after 3 days of leave + 2 weekends, monday which is also ytd ... i return to work ... so cool u noe .... earli in the morning ard 8am ... one of my collegue who is also doing the same job as me said he will be on MC coz he sick ... then coz ytd TPE jam like dunoe wad ... so i msg me IC n tell her tt i will be late coz jam so and guess wad she replied me ? yes ... she told me she on leave wooohoo ~ isnt it cool ?? meaning i will be handling from head to toe ALONE !!! wtf ! so i was late ... yea ... but i actualli knock off frm work at 7pm !!! same to huiz ... cheers ar huiz ... lolx !!! ytd ... wad did i do ??
1) release orders 5 times at 8.30am , 10.30am, 1pm, 2.30pm n 4pm
2) help my boss check the status of the orders
3) go down to production check documents
4) do 2 reports
5) do orders mapping
6) do a last min. manual order which they missed out on thursday (whereby i am suppose to be on leave) 7) create a manual sales order for deducting stock 8) Pull shipment Report n upload to eportal 9) upload Inventory Report to eportal yupz ... tt's for ytd's job ... so cool right ?? i actualli did all tt ALONE!!! it is usualli a 3 person job lo ... and wad's more ... i am not feeling very well ytd .. n wanted to take MC for today ... BUT I CAN'T !!!!! coz while i on leave ... my collegue took over my job in doing a Report ... then for goodness sake .. i see until blur ... i took like 1 hr to 2 hr to check his work ! but luckily is juz some small mistakes ... arbu i do till mad .... and he so pro tt he din do the thing tt i told him to do ... instead he did another one ... but aiyah ... not entirely his fault la ... coz the person from US who mailed me the spreadsheet ... suddenly resend the spreadsheet which was suppose to be done last week. coz due to some bug or something they resend 1 more ... alright ... yupz ... so i today whole day do the report tt he missed out last week ... and edit his report n resend to the person in charge ... finalli everything is done ... tired after tis 2 days sia ... i promised my body le ... if tml i dun get any better ... i shall go visit a doctor =) yupz ... tt's all for the day ...
